In 2022, WARQ was acquired by BLOCKHOUSE to scale operations and launch into the North American market.
WARQ is a European manufacturer of protective equipment for law enforcement and military force-on-force training. Their helmet, the WARQ Pro, was an immediate success in Europe and quickly drew interest in the North American Market. Faced with the challenge of scaling operations and architecting a roadmap to launch into North America, BLOCKHOUSE acquired the company in 2022 and brought the helmet to the United States and Canada.

BLOCKHOUSE offered a renewed strategic focus to the business by trimming high resource, low reward verticals and bringing in talent with experience in running a high growth, fast paced environment. WARQ was refocused to support the professional user community where a larger, more accessible market exists.
INCREASED MANUFACTURING
BLOCKHOUSE offered opportunities to dramatically increase manufacturing rates to build a surplus of inventory. Increased manufacturing drove down material costs, shipping costs and provided easy access for the international market.
